Motomu Ishigaki (Director of Photography) Cinematographer based in New York and Tokyo. Born and raised in Tokyo, Motomu earned his B.A. in Film Production from Brooklyn College and has worked on several critically acclaimed feature films including "Himizu", "The Land of Hope" and "Ryuichi Sakamoto: CODA", which were official selections at international film festivals in Venice, Toronto and Tribeca. His short film, "Memoir", selected at fashion film festivals in Miami and La Jolla, was nominated for International Fashion Film award. He was Director of Photography for feature film, "Neko to Jichan", which was theatrically released nationwide in Japan in early 2019.
