Cindy loses her precious red dancing shoes at a Japanese restaurant. The chivalrous Yukata Cowboy kicks into action to try to help her find them. All across Tokyo they encounter bizarre characters who might have taken Cindy's shoes. On their hunt, Cindy begins to reveal her dancing background to Yukata Cowboy who in turn tries to cheer her up.
